Miniature Bird Painting is a 3½-hour workshop with artist Rachel Favelle, exploring Australia's native birdlife through a surreal, whimsical lens — blending recognisable species with botanical elements.
Working from reference imagery provided, you'll be guided through building form, mixing colour and creating feather texture using slow-drying acrylics.
Suited to anyone with some painting experience, from early learners through to advanced, this is a small, personalised class with plenty of one-on-one guidance. All materials are included — Golden Open Acrylics, panel support, table easel and brushes — plus a takeaway reference sheet.
