Botanical Illustration Part 1 is a relaxed, guided drawing workshop led by artist Rachel Favelle, designed for anyone wanting to slow down and really look at the natural world.
No experience necessary — using a selection of seed pods as inspiration, Rachel walks you through observational sketching, capturing texture, tone and form as you build your own series of botanical studies.
Whether you're picking up a pencil for the first time or looking to challenge yourself further, this is a small, personalised class with plenty of one-on-one guidance. All materials are included — charcoal, assorted papers and pencils — so you can simply turn up and draw.
Come for the observation. Leave with a collection of your own finished botanical drawings.
